Our Service Fees are assessed only upon successful collection of funds.

Here is a list of our typical service fees:

Standard Agency Rate

• All claims – 20%

Legal Representation

If necessary, claims requiring attorney involvement will be forwarded to a proven Commercial Law League of America attorney with whom we have established a relationship.

Attorney rates are contingent on collection:

• First $300:  20%
• Next $1,700:  18%
• In excess of $2,000:  13%

When suit is necessary, additional expenses such as suit fees and court costs will be required; an overall suit fee of 10% (5% non-contingent and 5% contingent). No cost or expense will be incurred without the client’s authorization. At the time collection is made, Construction Collection Specialists will be due a forwarding fee of 12%.
